We design, organize and manage projects: event, digital and PR, create workflows and timelines for projects, communication plans, and manage deadlines.

Project finances management: obtaining quotes from suppliers, negotiation, creation of bills of quantities, minimizing unexpected costs

Visual communication: proposal of interior design and brand integration in an area, interactive content, design, printed, audio and video materials

Technical solutions: audio, video and lighting, interactive content (touchscreen, iPad, VR, Cardboard, lasers, etc.)

Rental and/or creation of scenography: tables, chairs, reflector panels, platforms, stands, styrofoam items, etc.

Creation of an event action plan (scenario, definition of the formal and informal parts, suggesting the speakers and their briefing, writing of scenarios, technical synopsis, dispositions, etc.)

Extra: guest follow-up, print of different materials, such as invitations and brochures, samples, logistics

Outsourcing: musicians, entertainers, performers, catering, hostesses and other team members (drivers, cleaning personnel, cloakroom attendants, make-up artists, students for assistance, etc.)

Hrvoje has 17 years of experience in production, designing and organization of corporate projects.
In that period he has organized almost every kind of event there is – company anniversaries, cultural events, sport events, festivals, product presentations, exhibits, concerts and more.
Along with organization and production, he developed and conducted marketing campaigns for numerous times.
As he has the most experience in corporate events, he has worked with a lot of clients and brands such as: McDonalds, Adidas, NovaTV, PBZ card, EU commission, Erste insurance, Jameson, Chivas, Havana, Duracell, Gillette, Huawei, Oktal Pharma, Phoenix Pharm, Croatian National Tourist Board, Generali, Bosch…
With a lot of national business, he also gained experience on international projects – Lisbon (Lidl), Budapest (Nikola Tesla exhibit), Berlin (Grune Woche fair), Dubai (Expo) and other local events.
